Responsible Play

Practical guidance for keeping play recreational, recognizing harm and getting support.

Version 2026-08-26

Keep play recreational

Games should be entertainment, not a way to earn income or recover money. Outcomes are uncertain. Rewards, points and promotions do not guarantee winnings, eligibility or a successful cashout.

Set limits before you start

Decide in advance how much money and time you can comfortably spend. Do not use money needed for housing, food, bills, debt or savings. Stop when you reach your limit, whether you are winning or losing.

Recognize warning signs

Take action if you chase losses, hide play from others, borrow to continue, miss responsibilities, feel unable to stop, or notice play affecting your sleep, health, relationships, work or finances.

Take a break or close access

Stop using game links and payment methods, sign out, and contact Support to request an account restriction or closure. Ask a trusted person for help and consider using blocking or financial-limit tools available on your device, bank or game provider.

Get independent support

If play is causing harm, seek confidential help from a qualified support organization in your country. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. PLAYMART Support can help with the PLAYMART account but does not provide medical, legal or financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, meet any higher local minimum age and be legally permitted to use the requested services in your location. Do not attempt to bypass age, identity or location checks.
